Claire O’Hara is a qualified, CRB approved, outdoor instructor, first aid trainer and assessor, and sports coach. She has over 12 years experience working in sports development and in the outdoors.

She offers a wide range of courses and activities, from taster sessions and skill development to coaching qualifications and first aid at work awards. Claire can provide individual or group coaching designed to suit your specific needs.

Expert Kayak and Canoe Coaching
Claire is a qualified white-water kayak and canoe coach and is currently working towards her BCU Level 5 Kayak Coach award.

Claire has experience in many areas of paddle sport and delivers a wide range of courses from beginner taster sessions and introduction to paddle-sport sessions, through to advanced white water, freestyle, and safety and rescue courses.

UKCC Endorsed BCU Level 1 and Level 2 Coach Awards
Claire is a qualified UKCC endorsed BCU tutor trainer and can provide Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses.

First Aid Courses
Claire is also a HSE approved NUCO First Aid trainer and assessor and can deliver ½ day Emergency Response, 1 day Appointed Person, 2 Day Appointed Person , 4 Day First Aid at Work and 2 day First Aid at Work Refresher courses.
